We found staff very informative and helpful we had ordered the same bed one year ago and found them just right for sleeping. We felt very comfortable in the shop with regards to safety with the ongoing covid problems.

Caroline, the assistant was very knowledgeable and listened carefully to out requirements, she wasn't at all pushy but gave us very considered answers and recommendations. We felt she was genuinely concerned we bought the bed we needed.

Sales assistant was immediately available to help, suggested using the diagnostic machine to determine our best options then promptly showed us round them
