Dreams - Watford

My experience at the dreams store was indeed a "dream". On my arrival into the store, I was helped out by Fran and Mustafa who gave me outstanding customer service. They really went above and beyond to ensure that I got top quality products with discount and great value for money. As it was my first time visiting dreams, I can confidently say that I will be coming back as well as recommending the store to my family and friends. To Fran and Mustafa, you are superstars!!! We found staff very informative and helpful we had ordered the same bed one year ago and found them just right for sleeping. We felt very comfortable in the shop with regards to safety with the ongoing covid problems.

Caroline, the assistant was very knowledgeable and listened carefully to out requirements, she wasn't at all pushy but gave us very considered answers and recommendations. We felt she was genuinely concerned we bought the bed we needed.

Sales assistant was immediately available to help, suggested using the diagnostic machine to determine our best options then promptly showed us round them

Fran at Dreams Watford serviced our every need, he was courteous, friendly and really helpful. Really understood what we were looking for and went out of his way to assist.
