Dreams - Watford

As we walked in the store we were assisted immediately. We had been shopping for a bed in many years and really didn’t know where to start but within a few minutes the manager Mustapha went through our needs and we broke it down to 4 options. After choosing the base we then spent a few minutes on the test machine ... during this process the assistant Callum took over and within another 15 minutes we chose a mattress ... between the two guys we were looked after so well and they answered all our questions without hesitation . The fact that the mattress can be swapped within 30-40 days is very reassuring ...although I am sure we have made the right choice . Thank you Dream Team

We were advised to use the sleepmatch machine to ascertain the best type of mattress for us. The machine suggested about 7 different beds through different price ranges. We selected one of the recommended mattresses and our transaction was completed efficiently. All staff were really friendly and knowledgeable and Simona stayed with us throughout our visit offering just the right amount of help

Staff knew what they weer talking about and sleep match machine that worked out our needs was first class.

We went looking for a foldable bed and since there were none the store representatives gave us an alternate which worked perfect for us.

Great service

As soon as we entered your store we were acknowledged... then while we were waiting to use the dream machine we were asked if we wanted anything to drink by another member of staff. We were then given pillows(which we purchased) and tried at least 4 different mattresses upon finding one we were then taken to a desk to fill out paperwork the member of staff was very efficient and we were delighted with the whole experience and the quickness of our delivery.
