Dreams - Watford

We really enjoyed our visit to Dreams today. We received a highly professional service from entering the shop. Not pounced on but given a minute to walk in and browse, however we were acknowledged. When we were ready for assistance Callum come over to see if we needed help, he assisted us throughout informing us of all our options. We used the sleep testing machine which was excellent (unsure of the technical name) we then tested out all our recommendations! The best fun I’ve had making any purchase !! Callum was excellent throughout, very friendly but professional. We purchased two beds and also some pillows that we did not go in looking for but absolutely loved ! Thank you Callum for a great experience we can’t wait to receive our new bed !!

Callum asked relevant questions and guided us through all of the options following the assesment. He took alot of information into consideration, and providedalternatives to compare one against the other. He was engaging, knowledgable and friendly throuoghout the process, no matter how many questions we sent his way.

Our sales person, Callum got it just right. He gave us enough space to browse without being intrusive, whilst still being on hand to answer the many questions we had. His knowledge of the products was very good and I think he did a really good job of guiding us to the purchase we eventually placed. Some sales people seem to motivated to maximise sales irrespective of what the customer wants, but it was clear that Callum's motivation was for us to be happy with our purchase.

Both Mustafa and Caroline were really kind and nice to us. They explained everything to us and helped us with all we needed.

Your colleague, Amir, at Colne Valley retail park was extremely knowledgeable and with lots of patience guided me through a number of options to a mattress that I hope will ensure a more comfortable sleep. I rate his service 10/10 .

The Watford branch are so helpful they help you find what you are looking for and they always offer a drink when you are paying off your items it is always a pleasure buying from them

I was impressed by the courtesy and professional manner of your sales person who's name was Caroline, when I visited the store I was asked if I needed assistance, which I did, the response to my enquiries and questions was a good balance of knowledge of the products and prompt friendly answers, I was offered a cup of coffee which I thought was a nice gesture, I shall certainly return to the store if I have need to in the future, Thank you, Ray Webb.
