I have purchased beds from this Dreams branch before so decided to try here first. When we arrived we were met by Callum who introduced himself and explained the coronavirus precautions: wearing of disposable gloves, location of sanitiser, and social distancing. It felt a very safe environment. We explained our bed requirements and he immediately showed us suitable bed frames and mattresses. He gave us advice but then left us to look around. He was helpful, knowledgeable but not pushy. He was very thorough when we made the purchase, explains prices, warranties, service, etc. I was very pleased with the purchase and the service.

I went in there looking for a new mattress and bed. I knew exactly the type of bed I wanted but weren’t sure about the type of mattress that met my needs. When I entered the store with my dad there was hand sanitizers and masks readily available which was great. A colleague approached us and welcomed us to the store whilst making themselves readily available for assistance. After browsing for a few minutes I spoke with the colleague who was extremely helpful and patient. Everything went perfectly
