I had visited many mattress stores looking for a firm mattress due to back issues, at Dreams a machine evaluated my sleep pattern and suggested me a choice of 3 mattresss, one of those had just the right firmness and support for my needs, it was simple and quick.

All staff were friendly and helpful, the store was well presented, Alexandra the sales assistant Answered all my questions and queries perfectly. Overall a very relaxed and enjoyable shopping experience:)
