Dreams - Watford

Quick and easy service, no hassle or waiting around for long periods to be seen. Our needs were taken into consideration when choosing the mattress and were advised wisely. We were shown a product which was better value for our money in the long term but weren’t pushed at all. Overall happy, thank you.

I had planned to go into Dreams, Bensons and another beds shop in the area but I went into Dreams first and I am truly glad that I did! We got great service and attention from Caroline who was truly attentive and friendly while maintaining the social distancing guidelines. I was also very impressed with how much knowledge she had about the products. She started by assessing the type of bed we need on Sleep match (which is a stroke of genius). I am really confident with what we've purchased and I will be back in the store next month to buy the second bed! 5 stars all round!

I was approached by Callum when I entered the store, keeping socially distant. I told him what I was looking for, and he started me with the dreams automated bed which advised what to go for. He was very knowledgeable, but didn't push anything on me. He left me alone for a little bit to try out the beds, and was there when needed. The service by Callum and the store manager was excellent.

AN assistant greeted us at the door and asked us to use the hand sanitizer on entering the store. We then stated our requirements and were shown various options(size and colour etc). The order was placed and we left the shop very happy.
