Because the staff responded superbly to my family and I. We’re all autistic and have ADHD, together with sensory processing differences. The staff took their time explaining different options and help us make decisions by reducing our options based on our preferences! Absolutely fantastic!

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, easy to order and under 10 days to delivery. Perfect!

Very friendly staff, who were informative and most of all did not mind my daughter trying out, which included lying, standing and jumping, swoping pillows when the first was too hard!! on every single bed in the store until she found the one which was just right! I had a coffee while waiting for a decision from my daughter, which gave me time to discuss delivery and mattress cover protection. Genuinely a really positive experience.

Your colleagues (Mel and Dan)were very helpful and knowledgeable - we were impressed with the level of customer service they gave.
