Dreams - Tunbridge Wells

Melissa at the Tunbridge Wells store was outstanding in every way and knew exactly what we were looking for. She is an absolute credit to the company.

Knowledgeable staff, who gave clear explanations in a warm and helpful manner. We appreciated the cup of tea and Sheena's patience. She was fulsome in answering our questions. She is certainly an asset to your company. The staff seemed at ease with each other and co-operated with each other giving an overall feeling of friendliness and competence.

Very helpful and friendly staff (Carol) who spent time with me until I found the right mattress.

I don't tend to complete surveys like this but Dan, Assistant Manager at the Tunbridge Wells store was simply excellent and I was compelled for that reason. He showed the right pace in dealing with us, he was knowledgeable and very pleasant. I would love him to get the recognition he deserves and I will be recommending this store to friends and family and we shall be back in 8 years or before as we replace other beds in our property.

From the moment we stepped into the store, all the colleagues at dreams were incredibly helpful. Sheena in particular guided us through the simulator and asked us questions on our current mattress and what we were looking for. Sheena then stayed with us through the showroom showcasing some of the mattresses that would be most suitable for us, and with each mattress we tried, took our feedback on board as to what we felt would work for us and where to go next. She was very thorough and gave us plenty of time (especially with the amount of questions we had), to find the perfect mattress. Then sheena even guided us through the purchase, detailing exactly what would happen throughout the delivery and aftercare too. I have already reccomended my family, friends and colleagues to go to Dreams for their next bed / mattress. Thank you Sheena and your amazing team who helped us, what a great experience.
