We were highly satisfied because Kirsten, the staff member we dealt with, was extremely helpful and friendly. Kirsten talked us through the sleep machine and discussed what we were after, before showing us various products that matched our needs. What was really good was that we were then left to browse at our leisure, to then make our decision and subsequent purchase. The whole process was very simple and straightforward, down to the knowledge and professionalism of Kirsten. We were also very impressed with the social distancing measures in place, the availability of hand sanitiser which made us feel very relaxed in the store.

Matt at Dreams was fantastic. He helped us use the machine to work out the right type of mattress, listened to our wants and needs and showed us a wide selection within the category recommended, we found the perfect mattress! He was hugely knowledgable and friendly about all the products and not only helped us with the mattress,but bedframe and then after that pillows that would offer us better support. We were impressed with Matt's knowledge and appoachable nature, at the age of 32, it's the actually the first time we've bought a full bed and mattress and had no idea where to start (previous bed was given to us by my mum when she downsized!) Thanks Matt for being great and to all the staff for making us feel welcome and safe,the Covid safety was primary and we were able to adhere to social distancing,access hand gel, all staff (& customers) wore masks and we used supplied paper sheeting to test the mattresses with less risk, very impressed.
