Peter, ths store manager who served me was brilliant. Polite not pushy, knowledgeable, gave me choices and options. Was able to do ne a great deal on the 3 beds I bought. For me, customer service and the attributes of the sales assistant is everyting - Peter is first class.

The customer assistant was excellent, and we feel we got an excellent deal on the mattress! It was a real bonus to have £200 of extra bed items thrown in because it was an ex-display model! We got some lovely new pillows!

Rachel was great - very understanding and tolerant of my mother. Her knowledge was good - and if she didn't know the answer - she went away and found the answer. We came into store to 'try' the best and the matresses
