We were served by Matt and Paul at the Clifton Moor shop near York. They were friendly, very knowledgeable and professional throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. A perfect balance between knowing they were on hand to answer any query and not overwhelming you with information . We were greeted by Nikki on arrival who was very helpful and informed. She allowed us time to browse ourselves whilst also being on hand for any questions which we had. She was the perfect balance of helpful without being pushy which is what we needed.

We were looking for an ottoman bed and there were so many lovely designs to choose from. The assistant referred me to an upstairs section, which I would never have visited if it hadn’t been pointed out to me and there was the bed of our dreams! We instantly fell in love with it. Then he gave us advice on the mattress, which we were able to try out for comfort. He also explained how we could get discount by buying the two items, so we felt well informed but not under pressure. The assistant gave us full measurements for us to measure up at home which we did, then we made a phone call to order. Delivery time was perfect. Thanks Dreams!

The staff were very helpful regarding the imformation they gave over the beds. They were very helpful with my husband who is in a wheelchair, making sure we could get to the beds we wanted to look at.

The lady that served me was fabulous, very friendly, very knowledgeable. Her name is Kirsten, lovely lady.
