My partner and I were looked after by Rachel. It was our first time purchasing a mattress and we were absolutely clueless, but Rachel was brilliant. She approached us straight away as we entered the store and she was very friendly and helpful. Rachel helped us find the perfect mattress that suited both our needs, she was patient and always smiling. I could not have asked for better service and can’t fault the store and their colleagues at all. This was the first mattress store we tried and we purchased on that exact same visit. Rachel is a credit to your company and we will definitely be returning and recommending the York Clifton Moor store. 10/10.
