the two people we spoke to had all the knowledge and know how, the young man was extra vigilant and helpful, very accommodating took us through all the mattresses we were interested in, in all a very good experience thank you

Nikki who served me was very friendly approachable and helpful. Loved the equipment that could tell you the firmness of the bed that would be suited to me, as these things can always be a little difficult when just trying out the bed. The overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming no pressure to buy, but helpful with any questions.

The rep worked really hard to understand my complex needs as I have chronic spinal pain as well as other disabilities that can cause me to be bed bound for months
