Kirsten was very helpful and polite. We used the diagnostic machine and were offered a pillow to try the beds out. She also made us a nice cup of tea while we were browsing and having a think. She also understand our price point and was honest about the ranges and prices if items in the store. This allowed us to find the right items for us. Thank you Kirsten.

Friendly but not pushy sales assistant who was knowledgable and pointed me in the right direction but also gave me plenty of space and time to look around and try out several mattresses before I asked for some more help.

We arrived later than planned and were greeted by Rachel, who quickly showed us where to look for what we wanted. She was professional, helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. She mad3 our visit work and stayed to help us after stir3 closure.

We were met by a colleague on arrival and helped in the best way she could as the mattress we had our eye on was only available on line. She showed us mattresses that were similar, for us to try suitability and she placed our order for us and made it really easy.

Really knowledgeable and friendly staff. At one point, all four of your colleagues working in the store were helping my girlfriend and I make what was a really tough choice between two premium but very different mattresses. A very pleasant experience all round.

Nicola was very helpful and efficient. Sadly I missed out on a clearance item as I needed to go home and measure. Would have been nice if the item could have been reserved for a period of 24 hours.

We went into your York Store and were assisted by Nikki. She was helpful, listened to what we wanted and helped us make our choice. We felt that it was excellent customer service that actually gave what we needed and felt that we were assisted rather than just sold an item which happens a lot at other stores. We didn't place an order on the day as we needed to measure to make sure the bed fitted. We rang the store the following day and placed our order with another very helpful and pleasant member of staff. We found your customer service to be excellent from all your staff. Thank you
