WE felt very comfortable in the store. The explanation was clear and common sense. We were given plenty of time to discuss the options and make our minds up. The consultant listened to us and reacted according to our wishes, in the recommendations made. We had planned to visit several stores and do comparisons, but after our experience we felt we didn't need to, and made the purchase immediately.

From the moment we walked into the store Rachel was there with a smile, explaining the protocols and asking how she could help. She helped us every step of the way, making suggestions and answering all of our questions. The store was quiet and clean and the whole shopping experience was outstanding.

The shop was very clean and well staffed who were very friendly. During these strange times it's important to feel safe. The shop had hand sanitizing stations throughout. We were provided with protection to cover the mattress and pillow with. I have bought from the store before and have always been happy with all aspects of my experience.
