Very friendly knowledgeable staff, very patient and accommodating with our children. Good system to identify best type of mattress and then shown ones that suited us. No pressured sales but genuinely helpful and professional.

Chris was absolutely outstanding. I'm extremely tight-fisted when it comes to literally anything. Was looking at buying a budget £300/£400 mattress and spent double that with complete satisfaction. Chris was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and I'd recommend him personally at the York Branch to anybody looking - 10/10 mate!
