Our whole experience was excellent. Rachel the store assistant took us through the sleep test and then showed us around the store. She point out specific mattresses that would meet our needs and let us try and many as we liked from different price ranges. She got us a tea and coffee, and helped us with all our questions. She was very knowledgeable, and we felt like we could trust her advice. She managed to get a delivery slot for the day we move into our new home and we are so pleased. Her service was excellent so a special thank you to her!
