I was very impressed with both the products and the customer service in the shop today. Rachel was friendly and helpful but not pushy at all, as with some furniture shops. I found the product I wanted at a fairly reasonable price. And the delivery date quoted was considerably sooner than all other shops I had been to. This makes a big difference for me. Rachel was very informative, she walked me through each step of the buying process and I didn’t feel as though she was trying to sell me any unnecessary extras. I was impressed with the social distancing and hand hygiene provisions in the store. Overall a very good experience, thank you.
