We bought a bed frame in the store at York (Clifton Moor) and I'd 'phoned before the visit to see how time efficient they were as my partner needed to be at work that evening.. the sales person/store manager, whatever her title was (Rachael) was so polite, so helpful, so efficient, so professional, it was such a pleasure to make a purchase in the store.
