We were attended by Rachel in the store on Clifton Moor York..she was extremely helpful and made sure we were shown all the relevant products and took plenty of time to explain everything to us ..we were very impressed xx

Very satisfied with the knowledge Rachel had of all the different products in store, very polite, approachable and overall a happy young lady. Also when placing order over the phone i was met by a male version of Rachel so very well done dreams team :)

The service received from Chris was second to none. Way beyond expectations. Approached courteously. Requirements quickly understood. Options explained and demonstrated. Showed interest in understanding our needs. Just superb. Don't lose this chap. Your organisation needs people like Chris. He's Board level potential. Gold dust in fact!
