when we entered kirsten was very friendly and took the time to explain how to begin our search for a new bed frame and matress. using the technology to see waht would best suit us. she was patient as we had to small children under 3 with us who were not well behaved but she took it in her stride.

At Clifton moor York store we were approached by Rachel and was highly delighted with her customer service, was extremely professional from the moment we entered asking if we needed help (which we did) offering a drink and giving us time to test all the products without being too pushy !! Even down to finding a firmer pillow !! Would highly recommend.

The store was set up well for testing the mattresses. The salesman, Matt, was friendly and helpful without being obtrusive .h explained the types of mattress available and the colour codes of the protective strips as foot level on each mattress, he also gave me a pillow to assist in checking the comfort of each mattress.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was lots of choice but no pressure to choose the most expensive options. The member of staff was very knowledgeable about the type of mattress I needed to help with my arthritis.
