I was greeted as I walked in by a young man who kept his distance and was wearing his face covering. I said that I needed to just walk around and look first he said ok if you need anything then we will be pleased to help I went onto the be that takes your sleeping positions then a lady came over and asked if I would like to look at any beds while I was there. I said I would like to try some of the mattresses as I have a very bad back I was given a pillow and a cover and I tried a few different ones at my own leisure then the lady came back and asked if I had found one that I liked I said I had and we went to the desk and I placed my order and was told that it would be March when I would get my delivery if that was ok and I said yes I chose the date and paid also I bought a cool pillow that I have found lovely

We were in the shop no more than 20 minutes, were greeted on arrival, explained to regarding trying the beds and the COVID rules. We had a look around asked a couple of questions chose a mattress, and paid.The young man was very helpful and knowledgeable, we got an Email to confirm the sale, then another re delivery. A very professional service.

Polite and helpful staff...providing coffee and tea whilst we queued for assistance to place the order..queue was due to covid restrictions and social distancing...quick easy and cheerful assistant..job done!

The young lady that served us called Nichola was smiling and very helpful from when we first walked in till we left after placing our order.

We have just bought our first house and came in clueless about what mattress to buy. Matt told us everything we needed to know and was very patient with us. We are were grateful for his good spirit and helpfulness, especially in times like these! Thank you to Matt for making our first mattress buying experience stress free and enjoyable!

The sales advisor Nikki was very helpful and patient with us. Delivery time on the bed is a long time but this was not her fault obviously. I guess because of covid things are taking longer so we understand the delay

After seeing the TV advert, I felt compelled to visit the store to try the bed test. The young lady Nicky, was superb. Explaining the process, then after establishing the need form a medium mattress, she lead us to six possible beds. We made a decision and Nicky took the order at a covid safe desk

Visit 1 the guy took me to suitable mattresses, told me the difference and left me to choose. I wasn't ready to buy. Visit 2 I said "I want that one' and a guy ordered it. No sales techniques

We asked for a diagnosis and we’re immediately taken to the bed and everything was explained very accurately. Matthew our salesperson was very knowledgeable and very attentive. I was very happy about making a purchase and believe I have purchased the best possible mattress for my requirement and my budget thanks to the whole experience which took approximately 45 minutes.
