I feel that a delivery time of three weeks for a single bed is ridiculous, we were told that this is because single beds aren’t very popular and they are made to order! What do children sleep in these days double beds???

The bed we chose was super quality and great value. The staff we're friendly and helpful. However: 1. The delivery cost (£40) is very high for a local delivery 2. The delivery delay of almost 3 weeks is poor to say the least

Staff over eager to sell but not interested in letting me browse. Poor product knowledge and had to ask a colleague . Got the ' can't do Anything about it it's company rules' response to requests. It was awful compared to previous visits.

Charged for delivery but found out delivery is free online, but was not told about this even though I asked about free delivery - they said it would cost to even have it delivered to the shop for a self pick up. I was in effect being sold delivery as an extra when I did not need to - very devious! After leaving the shop I checked online and saw that delivery is free online, came back in store and requested free delivery, they then agreed! Why could they not do this in the first place?

My name is Joleen North. I keep getting emails under my email for someone called Joleen Norfolk. I wish your company would get its act together and correct this. I live in the United States. This woman lives in England. I want the emails to stop!!! I did not ever place an order with your company as I have never heard of them. I expect you to correct this error. Please!
