Didn't have the specific items we were buying in store

As we have had to place an order for a bed which is to be delivered to new address when a sale has gone through . Which then has to be assembled . I am concerned that the timing will not work out!

Hi, we were happy with our visit but I did notice that when we first got there we told the assistant what we wanted and for what but he then twice asked us things we had already said. He was very friendly and knowledgable but I feel maybe a little more attention to detail would help.

The experience was basic and straight forward. Whilst waiting to place an order i was disappointed to see one member of staff stood around looking on facebook on his mobile which let the image of the shop down a little. I felt there cpuld have been a wider selection of pillows on the beds to try out aswell

I am reserving final judgement until I receive my I teams! Otherwise great experience

It was not made clear that only certain items in the store were covered by the sale offers. This did not prevent us buying the mattress we wanted but it would have been a more pleasant experience if we had understood exactly which items were in the sale

We were served by Curtis, he was helpful without being in our face pushy and also helped us along the decision pathway without us really noticing. He was positive about products and constructive with his advice but also left us alone when we needed time to think and try out various products. His style suited us and we decided to buy as much due to him and his lovely manner.

There was not as much choice as I would have liked but there were several options to choose from. I was looking for a headboard and would have liked a few more options for fabric colours and types.

We were buying a child's bed and would have prefered to see a larger range on display

Being informed at the actual time of making payment that there would be a £39 delivery charge, being told this earlier would have been more professional and not lead me to think that I was being "ripped off" at the last minute.
