I was listened to very well. My needs were met to the best of the assistants ability. I was shown an assortment of beds in different price ranges and manufacturers. I was never rushed or under any pressure to make a purchase. The assistant was extremely pleasant and easy to deal with.

Matthew, in the York store at Clifton moor is absolutely fantastic. He knows the product and he is very passionate about it, calm and funny. Terrific seller and listener as he tried to understand our needs and solve the logistic issue in space of our bedroom.

Processing the order took a little bit longer with bits being repeated - due to it being a new member of staff but fine.

I feel that adding £39 for delivery is unfair. I offered to collect but was told this cost was for moving the order to York. In effect the bed has cost me more than the advertised price as this cost is compulsory. Its not the customers problem that you dont keep stock in the store. So your prices advertised are incorrect. I would have been happier to see the goods advertised at their true price and not a false low one. I accept that this is a one off cost no matter how many items you purchase but it is still you passing costs on to the customer. I did raise this in the store
