Because the bed I chose was out of stock and couldn't give me a delivery date

When placing the order in store your member of staff was excellent. However I rang the store a few days later with a query and did not find that member of staff particularly helpful.

I was satisfied with my experience, not sure why your saying I’m not!

Given answers to specific questions. Assistant v pleasant and imformative

Took longer than it should. New staff member waiting for help, also having to order 2 items separately so had to complete 2 orders and two payments transactions.

No sign of any assistance when we were waiting at the desk, took a while for someone to come and serve us

Nobody is perfect .

The colour range of divans and headboards on offer was poor and uninspiring. We would have spent more money if we had been able to find something more exciting but unfortunately we're having to look online for the right headboard. The lady who helped us was very nice and offer lots of advice while not being too overbearing which we appreciated
