Following previous purchase did not compare with another store so unsure exactly how competitive the product was. The level of service was what I expected in todays terms anything less and I would not have stayed in the store to complete the purchase.

The only reason was that the mattress was not available on the day and is a week to deliver.

All the staff were busy upon arrival so there was no one to help. I appreciate that this will happy during busy periods however there was no queueing system/no acknowledgement

I don't like shopping. Matt was great though, very friendly

The cost of mattresses in general

The experience was fine but it was not something I'd be likely to rate as Highly Satisfying as it was a task to complete, not an activity to enjoy.

Although satisfied with my visit there is always room left for improvement and I very rarely give top marks because of this.
