Assistant was very abrupt, she knew her stuff but left me feeling as if I were stupid. She questioned our choice of rating (after going on your sleepmatch bed our choice was right) we were left feeling unwelcome. She couldn't get our sale through quick enough. Headboards: so pricey and why? Headboards weren't a portioned part of the store, they were either side of the stairs or on beds. Truly wish this had been discussed at the time of ordering and made a part of an offer (or even an incentive to come back for). Not the stores fault they don't have storage there....hence it had to be ordered.
