The store assistant (I'm sorry to say I can't remember his name) was extremely helpful met our needs straight away. He knew what we wanted moments after explaining our needs, didn't take us round the houses to get what we wanted and didn't try to baffle us with bull poo. Straight to the point. The price was fantastic he offered us a good discount on mattresses as he was open and honest about needing the space for new stock which we were appreciative of. We were in and out the shop 15 minutes with exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be back to upgrade our pillows and bed soon and I've already recommended this store to family.

Everyone was friendly, helpful and very pleasant. There was a good range of products and we will definitely go back again.

The lady who served us in Dreams was very friendly, very knowledgeable and allowed us to lie on 2 Tempur mattresses before considering which one to buy!

The assistant ‘Nikki’ approached us immediately and asked if we wanted any help. We explained to Nikki that as I have a bad back, buying our new bed was very important to getting it right. Nikki could not have been more helpful, after our diagnosis on your tech. bed advising on the mattresses that would be suitable. We spent time testing and more testing to find the right one. Once we had decided on our chosen bed, Nikki the. organised our order and delivery date etc. She was just great and made buying our new bed a pleasure.

From the moment we entered the store Chris was very helpful and very professional as with current Covid restrictions social distancing was clearly observed and hand gel readily available The store was clearly marked out and we felt very safe within the store Once we had made our choice our order was processed quickly and professionally by Paul and again we felt safe being behind the Perspex screen and the staff and customers wearing face coverings Well done the dream team Clifton moor York.

The lady who greeted us listened to what we wanted and advised us accordingly. Offered ppe when trying out the matteresses. Not pushy sales which I'm pleased about. Knowledgeable staff. Came the next day to purchase and same lady recognised us. Sorry not sure on name.

We bought our new mattress from the York store at Clifton Moor. Our sales assistant Matt was a great help from the moment we walked through the door. His friendly helpful nature helped us with every step of the process.
