Very helpful staff able to try out beds and lots of choice beds colour coded

Graham was very friendly and keen to give me a helping hand to find exactly what I was looking for. I went in there with no knowledge on anything and left with a great understanding now on mattresses and beds. He was friendly, happy and approachable what made it easier to explain to him exactly what type of bed/furniture I had in mind.

Staff were friendly, helpful and informative. Every effort was made to accommodate our requirements. The whole purchasing process was very smooth.

Looking for a new mattress for first time in many years. Not sure what I was looking for especially since I have a significant back problem. The assistance I received was not 'pushy' - I would have walked out if it had been - yet it was very very helpful. I was then left in peace till I had questions. I am very impressed with the calm atmosphere of the shop, the whole demeanour and approach of the staff - Andy was the member of staff who assisted me on both my visits - as well as that off the store manager (Clifton Moor, York). More important in some ways than prices etc on 'first contact'.
