The assistant Darren was very helpful and friendly. Found me a mattress and got the sale processed quickly.

I was served by Kristen at the York Store at Clifton Moor. When serving us Kristen was very attentive and extremely knowledgeable about the products. She asked questions to help guide us to the most suitable bed for us. She was very patience while I took a long time making a decision and at no point was I pressured into a decision. She was really helpful throughout. We would have struggled to make a decision and would have been unlikely to have bought a bed there and then without her assistance.

Darren was absolutely brilliant from the moment we entered the store. We thought that the bed frame we were interested in was only available in super king size but he quickly found a king size for us to order. We were shown various mattresses and nothing seemed to be too much trouble and time not an issue! On both visits we were made a cuppa too.

Darren was very friendly and understanding. The mattresses we bought were at discounted price and very reasonable and the quality very good.

We are a returning customer and our visit was to purchase a bed for our 3 year old son. The staff were extremely helpful and patient with our questions and young son. They took the time to understand our needs and gave us sound advice. Our visit was relaxed and not pressured, which allowed us the time to make an informed decision. The staff were very helpful and kind.

The service we recieved was second to none , we never felt one bit pressured in to buying any product, any question we asked was answered , we were offered a cup of coffee even before deciding we were going to purchase anything, Graham and Andy were so friendly but not pushy they are both an absolute credit to your company I really hope their hard work is recognised .
