We were shopping for a bed with our 2 young children, who have short attention spans and like to jump on beds (the reason we need a new bed!). So, you can imagine the scenario upon shopping for a bed, we were dreading it! We looked around Dreams and spotted a bed we liked. We were quickly approached by a very friendly member of staff who was at ease with our little darlings and made us feel very welcome. Often in shops with energetic children we dont feel too welcome, but this was an exception! There was no pressure to buy and he gave us a brochure. We left the shop without making a purchase but were back in 10 mins after deciding that yes we wanted to go ahead. When we walked in the same sales person came over to speak to us, and the children (such a nice touch) and I went straight to the desk to make our purchase. Whilst I was paying the children unfortunately decided that now was a good time to start jumping on beds whilst Dad was in charge! Your staff were so relaxed about it, even though the kids were soon escorted off by their father, and even gave them a lolly at the end. So family friendly and approachable, thanks for making shopping for a bed easy!

Bought a great bed. Friendly staff nice store

We visited Dreams at Clifton Moor York after going to many other stores. We were looking for a good quality, reasonably priced bed for our 10 year old son. I met my husband in the store who was already chatting to a store assisstant whose name i now know as Graham. Graham went through everything he'd been through with my husband, with myself. He chatted to us about the different types of beds, springs, mattresses etc and let us have a wander around. Graham was knowledgeable and informative and didn't put pressure on us, but we knew he was around and happy to answer any queries we might have. We finally settled on a bed and mattress and Graham even went through how to fix the bed together. All in all, our experience at Dreams was an extremely positive, but nicely suprising one. We would highly recommend Dreams to anyone looking to purchase a good quality bed/mattress at a reasonable price with fantastic customer care and service thrown in.

On entering the store, the manager welcomed us politely. Left us alone to browse (Preferred). Was available on asking a question. Gave us full attention. Met our needs. Excellent!

I went into the store looking to buy two mattresses, I was helped by an assistant who was helpful and very informative, explaining the construction of the different mattress types (I'd never understood that before) and advising me on the best mattress for my use. I decided to buy two mattresses - a king & a single for a holiday let I run. I didn't feel pressurised at all and am happy I will be getting the good quality mattresses at a fair price for my guests. I often have to buy mattresses, pillows and furniture and would definately shop at Dreams again following this experience.

Graham let us browse and came over when he saw we were ready. He was extremely knowledgable about the beds we were interested in. He then made us a drink and left us alone to discuss which beds would suit us. We felt very relaxed to try out various beds without pressure from Graham. For buying a bed it was a dream experience. Very happy.

The sales consultant was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful & attentive to our needs. She went to great pains to make sure we were satisfied with our choice,& made us feel comfortable throughout our visit to the store in York.

I had a problem with the base I had delivered and your customer services were very helpful. On returning to the store on 19th June the store manager Graham was extremely good and helpful and helped me choose a bed which will be delivered on 8th July.
