The manager Graham was very helpful and understood what we required. He took our order even when the store should have closed.

The sales assistant was very helpful and very friendly, it was very nice to be offered a cold drink on a very warm day. We thought it very nice to be offered a delivery date of our choice..

The colleague who attended to us was friendly and honest, gave us the facts and helped us to make up our mind. We find hard sales promotion off-putting so Dave's approach was in tune with what we prefer.

We were given all diffrent option of beds the sales man who was dave from clifton moor store at York was great! He showed us what we could best get for our money and the options we had he discussed the 40 night test with us as well and also offered us a special offer on pillows when bought with the matrass which we accepted. We will use dreams on the future due to his customer service alone

Excellent customer service from the colleague, Jamie Lee. Not related to us despite same surname, just a coincidence. She was attentive, efficient, gave us space to browse yet was available to answer our questions and very prompt in coming back with answers. Wasn't convinced by the attentiveness of other staff.

Excellent service with knowledgeable information but no hard sell. Spent more than we planned but hopefully will be worth it!

Found David to be very knowledgeable and did not pressure us in to looking at items that would not be suited to our needs. He kept his distance and only appeared as and when help was needed. His ability to identify when we needed assistance was great. I would recommend the store to anyone.
