The member of staff welcomed us when we arrived. I told her what I had seen on the internet site and she was able to show me the beds straight away. we were abl e to try each one for comfort and decided to buy straight away. The ordering was done very quickly and everything was explained while we were there. the delivery date was only 4 weeks which is very good. Most stores take 6 weeks.

Easy going, non pestering sales team. Explained what we needed and then left us to try out lots of mattresses.

The staff at your York branch Graham,kirsten, and jamie-lee,were first class .nothing was to much trouble,they were polite,understanding of what we required,very knowledgeable and made you feel at ease about the whole purchase.they are a credit to your company , and I would highly recommend the store to friends and family.

We were extremely satisfied with the entire experience. The member of staff, Andy, approached within a minute or so of us being instore and asked if we needed assistance. He knew just about all there is to know about the products we were interested in and we ended up feeling confident enough to make the purchase there and thenm without shopping around like we intended to. The finance was quick and easy to set up, we were offered water or coffee while we waited. I would recommend Dreams to anybody who is looking for a new bed setup - first class service and product knowledge. Dave S
