Andy was very helpful and knowledgeable and returned to this store because had good advice there previously. I had been very disappointed with a different retailer and so went back to that branch of Dreams to get the assistance I needed. Really helped to be able to book a delivery date as I purchased the bed and not some vague promise of 3-4 weeks.

We walked in and got help immediately from the store manager who helped us choose the products we needed and then made a quick and simple sale with us. Easy from start to finish. Very good indeed

We were welcomed and left to peruse, asked after an appropriate time if there was anything we could be assisted with.We had an idea what we wanted in terms of number of springs etc. and we were mattresses that met our requests. We were encouraged to try the mattresses and left to do this and discuss things privately. We were also shown other mattresses that the Store Manager thought may meet our requirements which he clearly had knowledge about but was never "pushy" nor indeed used the term recommend. We felt very confident with information and comfortable purchasing not being rushed in any way .The whole experience was professionally carried out and a pleasure to us.

We were thinking about buying a new matteress , the help , advice and assistance given by Kirstan was excellent , resulting in us purchasing the matteress , protector and pillows . All the staff in the shop were pleasant and friendly , we will definitely be recommending Dreams to our family and friends .

Andy at the York store couldn't have been more helpful. He listened to our issues and came up with several options.

The store manager, Graham, was very helpful in explaining the differences between the various products. He was non-pushy.
