Darren was very helpful

We were left to browse around the store to decided which bed we were going to purchase no pushy sales men (which i prefer) then a salesman called Graham came over to us and to be honest we couldn't of wished to be served anyone better he was polite, knowledgeable and above all cheerful nothing was to much trouble would defiantly say he went that extra mile to help us which you don't often find these days.

Met by very friendly staff.showed us where to select the mattress we required. Offered a tea or coffee.

Good assistance provided in explaining the options. He listened to requirements and wasn't pushy on trying to achieve sale. Placing order was quick and efficient

friendly helpful assistant who dealt with my needs and enquiries.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful .let me have a good look but we're on hand to answer any questions I had and give advice where needed.i felt very comfortable to take their advice where needed as they were very knowledgeable .very pleasant experience .wiil defenately be back in the future

Warm and courteous greeting on arrival. Gentle probing but not intrusive or pressurised. Suggested cheaper alternative. Welcomed back following day. Speedy and smooth transaction to purchase. Warm and friendly sales assistant.

The whole experience was problem free from start to fininish. But having bought our last bed from dreams I wouldn't expect anything more or less.

I can't fit everything I wanted to say into 1200 characters so will also email my experience. Thank you to the team in York dreams, Graham and Andrew were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. No one was pushy and let us make up our mind but we also knew they were available when we needed more information The York team are a credit to the company. Thank you.
