Graham talked us through the system, pointed out the colours which would suit our requirements, and then left us to make our choice. He was available if we had any further questions. He was polite, courteous and not pushy. A satisfactory experience.

We visited the York Dreams store on 2 occasions. Both Dreams colleagues (Janet ? on visit 1 and Darren on the date of purchase) had exceptional product knowledge and took ample amount of time with us to advise on offers and quality questions. They both ensured our needs were met in a friendly manor without pushy sales talk. The whole experience made us feel very confident with our purchase and we trust the delivery service will follow the same standard.

Very straightforward knew what we wanted before we got to store and bed we wanted happened to be in the window. Salesman helpful and knowledgable.

On entering the store, we were greeted by very friendly staff. We were after a particular kind of mattress as I suffer with a bad back, we tried several, staff gave us advice on what we should be looking for. Advised on a particular one, and was perfect just what we were after. Delivery time was quick too. Very helpful, great with the kids in particular who were trying every bed!!

We were at Clifton moor york and andy the sales assistant was really knowledgeable and very helpful an asset to your company really really satisfied.

The rep "Andy" walked us around the store and showed us a number of different frames that would have met the needs that we had. He understood what we were looking for and explained in detail the pro's and con's of the different types of bed frame and how they could be used to fit into our new house. The same level of understanding was given when we discussed the mattress that we would need for the bed.
