I was greeted as I entered the store and my questions about types of mattress were answered with good product knowledge. Once Graham had explained the colour coding system he left me to try out different types of mattresses, explaining that comfort is very personal, and so it is essential to try products out. There was no 'sales talk', no pushiness, but staff were available to answer questions. Once I had made a decision, the sale was completed efficiently and in a friendly manner. The delivery date was less than a week away which was pretty impressive.

We were shown a mattress that I originally wanted but didn't relise how expensive it was, the sales assistant was very understanding and showed is rou d and let us test out other types of mattress until we found one the suited our needs and budget.

The colleague that dealt with our sale, Kirstan, was very helpful and knowledgable about the product. Everything in the store was easily accessible and Kirstan gave us plenty of time to try the different mattresses without any pressure.

We received excellent customer service the moment we entered the store. Ellie greated us when we came in, listened to our requirements and then found us a great mattress. Her product knowledge was very very good and she answered all of our questions. We left the store feeling very happy and are excited about receiving our new mistress this coming weekend.

the assistant knew exactly where the product was I was looking for, when I showed I was uncomfortable with the cost of delivery and prepared to leave, he waived delivery charges, he was helpful and friendly not a bit pushy or overpowering.
