I was highly satisfied mainly due to the customer service. Kirsten was extremely helpful and supportive in explaining about the quality of the mattresses. I felt relaxed by the way she explains things which enabled me to buying the items with confidence.

The sales person advised the bed I was interested in was a long bed and I found that very useful as measured the bed before buying and helped me make an informed decision, they showed they were interested in me as a consumer and not a potential sale.

Helpful and friendly staff who were quickly on hand to advise on the various products. We were offered a coffee and allowed to try out the different beds on offer.

All the staff were very helpful & friendly, they made us cups of tea & it was much appreciated, they explained about the insurance that was available. The lady who served us showed us which matteresses were available in our price range, she went through the paperwork with us after we had decided on which one we wanted to purchase & the terms & conditions also.
