Great service from Kirsten in York branch, Clifton moor, very helpful.

Clean store and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Well informed and advised what was right for me. Felt safe during the pandemic. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent support and service and quicker delivery term than we expected

Assistant Kirsten very knowledgeable and explained everything we needed to know nothing was to much trouble.Would definitely be using Dreams again.Was offered a cup of tea or water they went above and beyond for us both while everything from the bed to mattress and order was explained.

I needed a new bed and matress for my daughter and a new matress for my wife and I. I went in and was served by nichola, she was friendly and approachable and she put my wife and me on a machine to see what matress we needed, at the same time that matress my daughter wanted because Nichola had already helped find my daughter a double lift up bed. The whole process took around half a hour from walking in to purchasing to walking out. I am over the moon with the staff and service I received. Mr Anthony Ward

I visited Dreams a week ago and to buy a new bed for the first time in my life. Matt asked if I needed assistance and I really did! He gave me plenty of information and advice and I went home to consider the options. I returned 4 days later and he remembered me. We went through the options again and I made my choice. I was also interested in a sofa bed and Matt gave me the measurements and a demonstration so as I reassured that it would fit into a small room, I ordered that as well. Matt was never pushy or impatient. Just allowed me to make informed choices on the information he gave me.
