The sales assistant helped us through everything, answered all our questions with confidence and basically was a really nice guy.We will defiantly be back for our sons new beds.

I was served by Kirsten who was very friendly and helpful. Her product knowledge was fantastic. I liked the fact that after been shown a number of beds and been invited to try them I was left alone and had no pushy sales person hounding me. I now look forward to receiving my product in a couple of weeks. The coffee was great thanks.

Kirsten was welcoming from our arrival, she remembered us from a visit we made last month, when we were looking at possibilities. Her knowledge of the products was excellent and very helpful. We were able to try out various mattresses at our leisure and Kirsten answered any questions we had. Our pet hate is being pressurised but this was not the case in Dreams at Clifton Moor. The whole shopping experience was pleasurable and the added bonus was that we got to lie down and rest!!!

Staff were very helpful when choosing the right matress for my 3 year daughter. They even let her jump on a few to check she liked the mattress chosen!

Curtis, was exceptionally helpful on both my visits, understanding, explaining technical information in an easy manner and makes a great cup of tea! The store felt relaxed and no pressure was placed to purchase.

Assistant was friendly and helpful. We spent over an hour 'bed hopping' to find the mattress we liked. Offered a drink.

We were greeted by Kirsten as soon as we went in the store. She listened to what we had to say about what we were looking for, she explained the colour coding and the layout of the store, and guided us round the different types of mattress. She also pointed out pillow choices that Dreams offered and explained the 40 day satisfaction guarantee. Without being obtrusive or pushy she helped us choose what we believe to be the right mattress for us, and we didn't even consider going elsewhere. We were very impressed, and will definitely return to Dreams when we are looking for beds/mattresses in the future.
