My husband and I were looked after by Graham the store manager and we're absolutely delighted with his product knowledge, fantastic customer service and professional attitude. Members of his team also helped and despite only calling in for a quick look we left purchasing three new beds, headboards and even the extra insurance cover. We have already returned to the store to buy a bed settee simply because of Graham and his teams service. Graham is a credit to your company as are his team and we will be recommending Dreams to all our family and friends.

Friendly and efficient service.

Matthew, the guy who served us was extremely good and very attentive. He even made us a cup of coffee!

Very helpful assistant (Matt) explained in detail the significance of buying the right mattress for me and was a great help when choosing one. The whole experience in the store on cliffton Moore York was outstanding and have already recommended the store to a work colleague. The mattress was delivered yesterday 20th October and the delivery men were very polite and helpful too. All in all a very pleasant experience from start to finish

Knowledgeable staff

The sales assistant was extremely friendly and although relatively new, his knowledge was excellent. We did not feel pressured at any point, and was very excellent with our two young boys (ie allowed them to watch tv whilst we tried out the beds). The manager has no hesitation at price matching the same mattress we found on the internet also. All in all, the whole experience was enjoyable and far less stressful than anticipated.
