Paul could not do enough for us, from the mattress matching machine to shifting mattresses onto different bed frames for my wife to see

The assistant went way above her role I think. She was extremely patient with an older woman who took a while to make a choice and also had to leave the store and return, although the store was busy. She did not push the most expensive, although we finished up with that and helped me decide in my own time. She was a very sweet friendly girl. All Covid rules were applied and I had my pillow and my bed covered with paper, even though I was switching from one to the other all the time. I just hope the bed does the trick.

The tester for mattress compatibility was a great start.. high product knowledge friendly staff and social distancing protocols

The store staff assistant Rachel was incredibly nice and friendly. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us to choose the most appropriate bed and mattress.

The colleague, Rachel, was outstanding, polite, informative, helpful and unobtrusive. Offering assistance when we arrived then gave time to look at consider then was immediately available when needed. She remained relaxed yet efficient throughout.

I was impressed by the by Kirsten's knowledge and the care she took in ensuring we found the best product to match our needs.

Matt, our sales person, was friendly, knowledgable, attentive but not intrusive during the hour and a half we were in the store. He analysed our needs on the electronic bed and explaining in detail our options. We had time to consider and then retuned a few days later to make our purchase. All staff we encountered were friendly and offered help if required. We were offered drinks and the whole experience was relaxed and enjoyable. There was no pressure to buy, would certainly recommend and return in the future. Unfortunately Matt was day off when we returned to make our final decision but we were helped by a young lady, Rachel (I think) to make our purchase.

A huge thank you to Rachel and her colleague (whose name I didn't manage to catch, sorry!) You were both the friendliest, most attentive retail staff I think I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you for offering us a brew and doing everything you could to help us source the right mattress for us. It's a shame the mattress will be such good quality and long lasting, because Bertie and I would gladly shop with you again!
