Member of staff was very helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy, we were given thie information we needed to know and was left alone to look around without being hassled. we were alos offered a drink while we looked around which was a really nice touch.

The staff were really friendly and helpful.

We came to Dreams after our previous experience. This time we wanted 2 mattresses. The assistant Matt was very helpful and made it easy for my daughter age 15 to decide what mattress was right for her THANKYOU, otherwise we would still be there now. Ourselves was a little more difficult to decide what mattress but Matt was very helpful and he gave us space so we was not pressured what to buy. Lets hope we made the right choice .

I had not intended to buy, I had visited various stores to price a bed for my son & daughter in laws Christmas gift, when I went into Dreams my intention was to price up the bed and make the decision later. I was impressed with the customer care that I received, I was given the information that I needed and left to have a look and test the beds, when I needed extra information I asked and the information was given. I was given options which was really helpful. Very good service given.
