Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, used the dream match bed which was very useful as we have struggled in past getting a bed to suit us both. Plenty of time given to us once we were shown the beds we matched too, to make a decision.

Found the computer assisted bed a valuable away of discovering individual needs.

The staff were extremely help full I had been to a few bed shops that day and no one helped as soon as I walked into your store I was greeted and was help it made the process so easy and helpful will definitely recommend you.

We were approached as we entered the store and taken to the machine to check which bed would be best he then spent time with us trying each bed until we were both happy.

Excellent service. Very friendly welcome. Extremely knowledgeable with regards to mattresses. Just one more thing to add. I found exactly the same item on line that cost less with another company. Do you price match please?

Helpful staff but not pushy

I have a back problem & im nervous about getting a new bed as mine is comfortable but I need a double not kingsize like I’ve got now. I explained this to the assistant & she was very helpful, patient & I didn’t feel under pressure to buy.

Excellent service, friendly and could take my new 2 single mattresses home immediately. Even had help carry out to the car.

The store assistant was very helpful when we initially went in, pointed out the relevant beds that I enquired about and then left us alone for a short time to look around before coming over to help once we picked out the bed and headboard. Explained the sleepmaster and set it up and again left for a couple of minutes whilst the machine did it's thing before showing the mattresses that the machine picked out. Offered a drink and was given a choice of dates for delivery and informed that if necessary this could be changed if the new property isn't completed in time. Overall very happy with the whole experience and would definitely use again.
