Very friendly member of staff dealt with us, very knowledgable and understood what we were looking for. We spent a ridiculous amount of time testing beds-he remained very patient! There was no hard sell and that was very important to us. He also made us a cup of tea and left me and my husband alone to talk about things together in private. The purchase was swift and there were no unexpected add ons. Free delivery a bonus and flexible delivery dates given, very easy for us to manage

We were offered help straight away and the assistant, Kirsten, explained the different options clearly, offering her advise on which would most suit us. We weren't pushed towrds the higher price ones which can sometimes be the case.
