Welcomed with a friendly good morning and offering tea or coffee while we browsed. After we explained our needs we were given a very good, clear explanation of the sort of mattresses available which would meet our needs. We were left to walk round trying various beds ourselves with the staff member checking we were ok or needed any further advice at regular intervals. We felt the staff were knowledgable, friendly, but leaving you to decide rather than pushing you to buy.

I wanted a soft, super king mattress. The assistant showed me exactly what l was looking for immediately. I didn't even need to look at any other stock, that was 'the one'. She was friendly and clearly knew about the products.

Kirsten was highly knowledgeable and allowed us time to look around but was always on hand to offer advice or assistance, this was the case on both occasions that we visited this store.

We were helped by Matt, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, attentive, listened rather than sold, then matched our needs and preferences to a selection of choices. We were given the option to try products at leisure, with no hint of sales pressure and felt that we were well advised because he obviously knew his product.
