A very pleasant bed buying experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not too pushy like a lot of sales people which made the overall experience very relaxing.

I usually don't like shopping (I am a man afterall!) however once in store I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable. Staff were helpful and not pressurising. We only went in for a mattress, but came out with a new bed and pillows as well. Great service and knowledgable staff. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Oh and we got tea and buscuits :-)

Spoke to Graham the manager initially over the phone as I wanted to check whether I could get an Olympic queen mattress, before I made the journey. He was very helpful so I made the trip that day and dealt directly with Graham in the shop. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy giving us plenty of time to make the right choice.

Plenty of help from the staff as soon as we walked in. We were asked what we were looking for in bothis the frame and mattress and pointed to the right areas of the store to find the bits that fitted out needs. Staff were really helpful with advice and guidance on potential alternatives to bits we were thinking about.

When I went into the store, all the members of the staff were all sat on the beds of either looking miserable or both apart from Matthew! He was stood there with a smile on his face and very welcoming, it was a class service! He did everything he could for me and more, I will recommend my family and all my friends to go to dreams at york at Clifton moor and go and see Matthew as he made it an enjoyable experience! He had fantastic knowledge on all the products and made sure I was happy and even followed me round with a pillow so ever mattress I tried, I felt comfortable. He is also willing to get me two unicorns as I wanted them with the deal. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the company is very lucky to have him! I work in sales myself and is so lovely to meet someone who gives fantastic service as it's very hard to come by. Well done Matthew And Thanks again for all your help! Kindest Regards, Amy

Matt who looked after us was just a really nice bloke. He was honest and knew his products well. It was him that made the visit successful.

The salesman was very friendly he was very helpful and explained all the terms and conditions in depth. I will shop there again.
