Dreams - York

Very helpful friendly staff at the shop in York (Clifton Moor). Did not push any particular mattress but listened to and responded to my needs. Very impressed with the whole delivery process. Dan and Kristian wore protective covers over their shoes and were very aware of the need to protect our house (carpet etc) during delivery. They spent the right amount of time with no suggestion of being in too much of a rush) unlike some deliveries I have experienced). They should be appreciated by 'Dreams".

It was a pleasure to shop in there. It was a easy purchase from beginning to end.

Kirsten was extremely polite and knowledgeable and immediately attended us on arriving in store. Thanks to her intimate understanding of the product range, we left not only with the bed we wanted but a mattress of great comfort and even better value! A credit to your organisation!

The sales assistant was brilliant, spent plenty of time explaining the different types of mattress and how to test etc. Really knowledgeable, friendly and patient. The process of placing the order was quick and easy

I felt that the service I received from Graham at the York Clifton Moors store was quite good. He clearly explained to me the differences between the different types of mattresses and provided guidance when asked. Placing the order was easy and enjoyable. I had a very positive experience.

The staff were so friendly and knowledgable It's a difficult experience buying a new bed. The help we received was great. They were not pushy, but were attentive and helpful.

The mattress I had seen online was available in store. The half price offer was very good and the assistant very helpful.

Nice open store set out well. Sales still on and products I had seen online were available. Was greeted but not pestered by assistants. When I did ask he was very helpful.

Both the staff we saw were very helpful but not pushy, explained the products very well and let us browse but were on hand to answer any queries regarding delivery, assembly etc. We would recommend friends to shop at Dreams because we have been looking for a few weeks so it was a relief to finally to make a decision

Store was clean, staff were friendly, and my little girl needed the loo while we were there and the staff let her use there facilities.
