The staff were friendly, helpful and understood the requirements we had. We were also advised to try different depths of the same firmness of mattress to see if this satisfied our needs. We were also asked if wee wanted a coffee and when we said yes it was proper cup of coffee.

The shop assistant called Curtis was very friendly and knowledgeable

The sales assistant was called matthew, he introduced his self straight away, and when we had questions, he was straight on the answers, so he clearly knew what he was talking about.

The York Dreams store that we visited had the exact mattress that we were looking for. I was served by a very helpful shop assistant and was even there with us throughout the whole 30-40 minutes that we spent in the shop. I would highly recommend Dreams, this is my third purchase from Dreams and guaranteed it will not be my last.
